Each shell is individually hand painted by artist Cindi Leigh. Then is finished with a lovely bow on top! These shells will vary in size from 3-5″ as they are natural shells
Congress Hall has overlooked the Atlantic Ocean, in the town of Cape May, New Jersey, for over 200 years. Once known as “The Summer White House,” Congress Hall has been a welcome retreat to many throughout the centuries.
Please allow a week to 10 days for delivery as they are hand painted.
